Stamping is a manufacturing process used to convert flat metal sheets into specific shapes. It is included a number of metal forming techniques — blanking, punching, bending and piercing. VAV specialized in precision stamping (Metal thickness ≦0.05mm, Gap≒0.2mm)

The raw materials of the plastic pellets are heated and then injected into the mold to form. Based on different application, plastic materials and machine parameters can be replaced can be changed and adjusted to meet density requirements.

Fix the punched terminal in the plastic injection mold and coated by plastic mold. It can make more diversified products to use multi-injection molding technology.

All electronic parts such as terminals, plastic parts, LED lights, connectors, buttons, PCB …etc. need to be assembled. The process include wire cutting, wire stripping, twisting, Tin Dip, dispensing, welding, resistance welding, terminal crimping...etc.

VAV provide automated continuous process to increase capacity, yield and decrease human error. The processes include terminal insert, cutting, bending and conduction test….etc
